Attorney O'Malley has been trying and negotiating criminal cases, including juvenile cases, since 1982 when he was appointed to serve as an Assistant District Attorney In Middlesex County Massachusetts. Attorney O'Malley's years as a prosecutor gave him a unique prospective, access and insight into the Commonwealth's approach to criminal cases.

Attorney O'Malley knows and works daily within local court systems, dealing directly with the personal therein. The Counties he has worked in include extensive experience in Middlesex, Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk Counties and experience in Barnstable and Worcester Counties. Attorney O'Malley has represented clients in hundreds of OUI / drunk driving matters from simple to complex including those involving deaths, (motor vehicle homicides). He has consistently remained active in representing clients in minor motor vehicle and traffic ticket cases in District Court while maintaining an active criminal trial and plea negotiation practice at every level.

Family Law:

We handle a full range of family law matters including adoption, divorce, separation, pre-marital agreements, paternity, custody, support and modifications of a wide range of domestic orders or judgments. We use a direct personal approach with a high level of consciousness of the emotional and financial impact of these matters on the client and family. Attorney O'Malley recently represented a father of two children; 9 and 11 years old, for whom we successfully fought through trial and appeal to gain custody. Attorney O'Malley has represented clients from all sides in Guardianship issues.  In 2003 he successfully represented a grandfather seeking custody of his 10 year old abused grandson from the mother.  He has experience in every aspect of guardianship matters.
